Bonnie Sue Mosier

Bonnie Sue Mosier was born July 27, 1961, in Sayer, Pennsylvania. She was the first born to the union of Elaine and August Mosier. Bonnie’s love of life and family did not come to an end with her death. But after three courageous battles and wins with cancer, Bonnie unexpectedly passed away June 13, 2022.

As a young adult Bonnie moved to Belford to explore the world and started her occupation in the medical field. In 1983 she welcomed her first child, Shatoya Renee, and in 1995 her second child, Jared, whom she loved dearly. Shortly after having her son Bonnie met the love of her life Dominick who she has spent the last 28 years with.

Bonnie enjoyed decorating for the holidays, cooking and spending time with her family. Bonnie was known for her infamous “whoopie pies” which everyone loved. She had a sincere love for all animals and specifically loved horses and horseback riding. But what Bonnie most importantly loved was taking care of her family. Incorporating her love for others into her career, Bonnie’s last occupation was at Monmouth Medical Center

Bonnie was preceded in death by her mother Elaine Bergman, father August Mosier, sister Lena Bergman Fasser and brother Robert Bergman. She leaves to cherish her memory daughter Shatoya Renee Mosier of Keansburg; son Jared Mosier; partner Dominick Maria; brothers Carl Mosier and Randy Bergman; and Steve and Lisa Mosier.

Visitation was held June 20 at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. Final disposition will be private cremation.

Arrangements are under the direction of John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
