The 2011 National Award winners will be honored at the 2012 business conference February 22-23 in Las Vegas, Nev. Christiani is also a Lifetime member in the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club in recognition for achieving the Circle of Excellence for 10 or more years.

Two River Community Bank CEO Named To State Advisory Board

THE NOMINATION OF William D. Moss, president and CEO of Two River Community Bank, to the New Jersey State Banking Advisory Board has been approved by the New Jersey State Senate. Moss’s service commences immediately and will continue until June 30, 2014. Two River Community Bank is headquartered in Middletown and operates 15 branch locations in Monmouth and Union Counties and regional lending offices in New Brunswick and Summit.

Woodward, Preston Attend Christie’s Conference

Woodward Realty Group, the Christie’s International Real Estate Affiliate in Monmouth County, announced that local representatives Gloria A. Woodward, broker, and Jack Preston, broker sales associate, were among a select group of sales associates who attended a one-day conference at Christie’s North American Headquarters at Rockefeller Center. The by-invitation-only meeting provided special training for agents with records of success in marketing upper tier properties.
The agenda covered such topics as global connectivity, highly specialized Bespoke marketing, building business through social media, public relations, elegant collateral and digital solutions.
“The seminar provided fresh insights into marketing to the upper-tiers of the buying and selling market, while allowing sales agents to network and compare notes with the superstars of luxury real estate sales,” says Gloria Woodward, president of Woodward Realty Group. “There is not a single luxury homebuyer or seller in our market who will not benefit from the knowledge gained at this conference.”
The meeting was hosted by Neil Palmer, Neil Palmer, chief executive officer for Christie’s International Real Estate. who attended from the company’s London headquarters, Jarvis Slade, head of the Americas, and Kathleen Coumou, senior vice president, both of whom are based in New York.
