Charles F. Perry, 89, of Belford, passed away Friday, Feb. 25, 2022. Charles was born Aug. 15, 1932, in the Bronx, New York. Charles married the love of his life, Josephine Perry, upon returning home from the U.S. Army. They resided as a family in Union City shortly before settling down in Belford in 1962.
He was known for his hard work and deep love for his family and friends.
Charles was predeceased by his wife of 42 years, Josephine Perry in 1999. He is survived by their children, Charles Perry Jr. and wife Dianna Perry of Florida, Josephine Perry of Keansburg, and Anna Marie Romer of Little Egg Harbor. He also leaves behind his sister Jean Gordon, five grandchildren, one great-grandson and many beloved nieces and nephews.
A private entombment took place at Holmdel Cemetery.
