His family would like to acknowledge and thank Dr. Stephen Swartz for years of care and friendship, the amazing help and care he received from Annie Swartz and the staff at the Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Freehold, as well as VNA Hospice.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a prayer service with military honors at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road. Middletown. A Mass celebrating his life will be determined at a future date.
