Ann Cook (neé Bolwyn), 78, of Navesink, passed away Jan. 23 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Long Branch to the late Henry and Elizabeth (neé Mizerak) Bolwyn. Ann worked for 15 years as a toll collector for the New Jersey Highway Authority. Ann was known for her love of animals and enjoyed spending time at her home in Pennsylvania feeding the deer.

Ann was a loving mother and was proudly known as Mommer to her grandchildren. Surviving are her sister E. Johanna Kelly of Tinton Falls; daughters, Jeanne Phin (Daniel) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Therese Hollander (Daniel) of Hamilton, and Stephanie Slocum (W. Craig) of Navesink; and 10 grandchildren.

Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband Albert D. Cook; her brother Henry Bolwyn; and her son John McInnes.

Relatives and friends were invited to attend a memorial visitation Jan. 26 at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. A service was offered at the funeral home.
