Florence Curcio-Supczynski, 85, of Atlantic Highlands, entered into eternal life on Sunday, July 17 at her residence. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, and resided in the Bronx before moving to Atlantic Highlands in 1978. Mrs. Curcio-Supczynski worked as a methods assistant for New York Telephone in New York City and retired in 1983.

She was a member of the Kings Highway Faith Fellowship Church in Atlantic Highlands, past president of the Telephone Pioneers of Red Bank and Freehold, past president of the AARP Chapter 1599 and past president of the Seniors Club, both of Atlantic Highlands. She was also a member of the Ladies Aux of both the VFW Post #2179 in Middletown and the American Legion Post #338 in Leonardo.

Mrs. Curcio-Supczynski was predeceased by her first husband, John Curcio in 2004. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Supczynski; three sisters, Margaret Giordano of Roseville, California, Doris Brkich of Yonkers, New York and Louise Noonan of Monmouth Junction; and a brother, Harold Loring Jr. of New York City.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 22 at 10 a.m. at Posten’s Funeral Home, 59 E. Lincoln Ave. at Central & E. Garfield Ave., Atlantic Highland. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Thursday, July 21 from 5 to 7 p.m. Interment will be at Monmouth Memorial Park, Tinton Falls.
