Molly Dalton (nee Lynch), 80, of Tinton Falls, passed away on Friday, December 30. Molly was born in Newark and was a longtime resident of both Elizabeth and Forked River before moving to Tinton Falls.
Molly was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who took tremendous pride in her family and was happiest in their company. Molly’s kindness and love was felt by all who knew her and her infectious smile captured the hearts of everyone.
Molly was predeceased by her beloved husband of 49 years, Michael Joseph; and her parents, Thomas and Mary Lynch. She is survived by her loving family, a daughter, Kathleen Prestinari and her husband, Robert; her grandchildren: Robert, Kaitlyn, Gabriella and Alexa; a daughter, Eileen Dalton and her partner, Rhondell Garlinghouse; a brother, Thomas Lynch and sister-in-law Sara; and a sister, Margaret Mayer (Lynch) and brother-in-law Raymond. Also surviving are many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank, is in charge of arrangements.
