After a long illness, David Tunbridge Hicks Jr. of Point Pleasant died peacefully at Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare. He had been a resident at Crest Pointe since November 2021.
David was a lifelong resident of Rumson. He graduated from Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School and Rowan University. He was an active parishioner at St. George’s-by-the-River in Rumson.
He devoted the majority of his professional career to Prudential Bache Securities in New York.
David is survived by his sister Susan (John), his cousin Eleanor (John), and his Westie Angus.
Visitation is at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14 at St. George’s in Rumson with a funeral service following at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, please remember David with a donation to Holisticare Hospice in Toms River at holisticarehospice.org. Thompson Memorial Home in Red Bank has been entrusted with the arrangements.
