Debra Lynn Collins, also known as Debbie, a lifelong resident of Leonardo, passed away April 5, 2024, at the age of 51. She was born Sept. 8, 1972.
Debbie had a generous heart and was always willing to help others. She loved children dearly and made a career out of her passion by working in childcare, caring not only for her nieces and nephews but also for the neighborhood children.
In her free time, Debbie cherished her beloved dog Roxy and had a fondness for animals. She also enjoyed spending leisurely days shopping.
Debbie is survived by her husband of 23 years, Ronald Collins. She also leaves behind her mother Pat LaMarr; sister Lisa Mathis and brother Gene Lamarr; and her nieces and nephews, Elaina, Nicole, Angela, Gene Jr., Jessica, Emily, Ryan, Christian and Allison.
She was preceded in death by her father Eugene LaMarr in 2002.
May her kind and loving spirit live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
