John R. D’Errico, 82, of North Middletown, died on Friday, December 23 in Holmdel. He was born in Jersey City and lived in Hoboken and Union City before moving to North Middletown 43 years ago. John worked as an industrial mobile inspector for the Department of the Army at Camp Kilmer, for 30 years. He was a communicant of St. Catherine’s R.C. Church in North Middletown.
John was predeceased by his son, Ralph D’Errico in 1986; and a sister, Angelina Jacob. Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Veronica D’Errico; a son, John J. D’Errico of Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania; a daughter and son-in-law, Veronica and Robert Adams of Atlantic Highlands; a daughter, Beth D’Errico of Middletown; a son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Connie D’Errico of Middletown; a sister, Catherine Toole of Lyndhurst; a brother, Matteo D’Errico of Perth Amboy; and his seven grandchildren, Robert and Ronald Adams, Isabella, Ralph, Angelina, Charles and Andrew D’Errico.
