Emily Jane Tooker, 32, of Rumson and Ticonderoga, New York, passed away unexpectedly Oct. 20 at her home in Ticonderoga. She was born May 24, 1988 in Red Bank.
Emily received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Maine. She recently changed her career path and started working for the People’s United Bank in Shelburne, Vermont.
Emily’s courage, tenacity, positive outlook and infectious smile touched everyone who knew and loved her.
She left behind her parents, Michael and Laura Tooker of Rumson; her two brothers, Chet and Peter Tooker of Rumson; her sister Abby and her husband Andrew Mucci and two nephews, Nate and Franky, of Sparta; her two cats Manny and Merlin; and her grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and loved ones.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Nov. 7 at Holy Cross Church, Rumson, with a celebration of her life to follow at her parents’ home.
