Francis J. “Frankie” Baldasare, 55, formerly of Port Monmouth, passed away Aug. 21 2021. Frankie was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He moved to the Bayshore area 30 years ago. Frankie was a happy-go-lucky guy. He had a big heart and would do anything for you. He enjoyed working on cars, especially detailing them and loved to be out in the yard trimming and mowing. Frankie was also an avid Jets, Yankees and Rangers fan. Frankie was a welder by trade and worked for Kenco Wire and Iron, but he was also a DJ and was known as “DJ Frankie Brooklyn.”

Frankie is survived by his parents James and Regina Baldasare. He also leaves behind two sisters, Jessica and Kristen Baldasare, and two brothers, James Baldasare and Paul and his wife Dena Baldasare, along with his dog and beloved companion Buttons. 

Friends and relatives paid their respects Aug. 24 at Scott & Kedz Home for Funerals, Belford. A funeral service concluded the evening and a private cremation followed.
