Red Bank RiverCenter is seeking local bakers for their 3rd annual Gingerbread Walk!!
RED BANK, NJ – Red Bank RiverCenter, downtown management organization, is seeking local bakers, restaurants, caterers and local schools, who are willing to donate their time and talents to create unique Gingerbread creations for Red Bank’s annual Gingerbread Walk.
The creations will be displayed at various Red Bank businesses from November 25th until December 21st. Each baker will be able to have their name and or business name prominently listed on the creation and will be listed in all pre-event publicity.
In addition, visitors can vote for their favorite Gingerbread creation at each location and have the opportunity to enter to win the Red Bank Grand Prize raffle which includes tickets to the Count Basie Theatre, a Red Bank Gift Card and other prizes to be announced. The winning Gingerbread creation will be featured in all post event publicity in January 2012 including press releases in many local papers, photo on the RiverCenter website, Facebook and other media sources.
The Gingerbread Walk supports a great cause for one of the area’s most giving charity organizations, Holiday Express. The Red Bank businesses will be collecting donations during the Gingerbread Walk for Holiday Express in support of their wonderful work during the holidays. Holiday Express is a non-profit organization that delivers music, food, gifts, financial support and friendship to those with the greatest need for the gift of human kindness during the holiday season and throughout the year.
