Helen M. Harz, 83, of Holmdel and formerly of Bayonne and Point Pleasant Beach, passed away peacefully April 26, 2022. She was born in Bayonne to the late James and Mary Lambert. Helen worked in the admissions office at St. Peter’s College in Jersey City for many years.
She enjoyed shopping, the beach and the ocean. Disney World is where she celebrated her 50th wedding anniversary with the entire family. Most of all, Helen enjoyed spending time with family and friends at their home in Point Pleasant Beach where she was a former parishioner at St. Peter’s Church.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 57 years, Eugene Harz. Helen is survived by three daughters, Maureen Ballas (Jim), Nancy Kobylowski (Ken), and Michele Occimio (Andrea); six grandchildren, Maxwell, Alex, Nolan, Samantha, Lacey and Michael; and a brother James “Roger” Lambert.
Visitation and a prayer service were April 29 at the John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank. Interment was private.
