SHREWSBURY – Mary Burke, president and owner/broker of record, Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty held a company-wide meeting recently to review the company’s updated vision, mission and core values and organize top sales associates in roundtable presentations and discussions about the value of their tools.
Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty is 220-plus full-time agents and 140-plus referral agents strong, working in five locations in Monmouth County, backed by 24 years of successful local real estate business.
Having served thousands of clients throughout its existence, the firm has been driven by its motto that the client is always No. 1 and operates by its core values.
They continually strive to rally their sales associates and discuss opportunities to create market value for their clients and continue to serve them successfully whether buying or selling real estate.
Burke delivered and reviewed the company’s renewed vision, mission and core values.

Ten roundtables were set up during which the top sales associates delivered presentations and engaged in open discussions with more than 100 Heritage House SIR sales associates.
Anna Appolonia of the Holmdel Office presented on “Becoming a Name in your Community.” Bernadette Barnett of the Rumson Office demonstrated the strategy for “Pricing a Property for Sale Right” while Elaine Eadon of the Rumson Office discussed “Staying on Track with the Importance of Time Management.” David Giuliano of the Shrewsbury Office conveyed how he incorporated the “Steve Woodruff Successful Sale Process” into his presentation. Elizabeth Lubin of the Rumson Office revealed her strategy for “Servicing the Client Successfully.”
Karen Murphy reviewed the manner of “Working with High-End Clients and Builders,” while the Holmdel Office’s Frank Pento conveyed the value of “Leveraging the Sotheby’s International Brand.” Pauline Poyner of the Rumson Office laid out a plan about “Investing in Yourself with Personal Marketing.” Ali Ross of the Middletown Office reviewed the process of “Delivering the Perfect Listing Presentation” and Kelly Zaccaro of the Rumson Office expounded on the power of “Using Social Media and Networking to your Advantage.”
