Jacqueline Soboti and Anthony Abbatiello are pleased to announce their engagement. Anthony is the son of Anthony and Jacqueline Abbatiello. He was born and raised in Nutley, in a vibrant Italian family. During his childhood, he loved spending summers at the Jersey Shore with his family and grandparents in Allenhurst. It was during these years that he developed a love for surfing and the beach.
After graduating from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, Anthony moved to the New Jersey shore area and begin his career in finance and insurance. He is currently a principal agent at Allstate in Toms River. He always hoped he would find “the one,” allowing him to fulfill his dream of marrying, living and raising a family near the beach. Anthony looks forward to their wedding day to marry his best friend and partner, Jacqueline.
Jacqueline is the daughter of Nory Martinez and Dennis Soboti. A lifelong Monmouth County resident, she was raised in Monmouth Beach. She is a Fordham University, New York, graduate and has dedicated her career to the mental health field. She specializes as a psychotherapist for teens at her private practice in Shrewsbury. She can’t wait for their wedding day Oct. 10 at St. Denis Church in Manasquan as it holds a dual meaning for her because it is World Mental Health Day and she finally gets to say “I do!” The couple will reside in Ocean.
