Jeanne S. Jones of Red Bank passed away May 1, 2022 at the age of 91. Born in 1930 in Kingston, Pennsylvania, she graduated from Wilkes College and resided for many years in Piscataway, where she raised her family and served her community as a teacher. Afterward, she spent her retirement in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania and in Beaufort, South Carolina before moving back to the area. Jeanne was an avid skier and outdoorswoman throughout her life.
She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years Tom Jones and son Greg Jones. She is survived by her daughter Sally Jones of Fair Haven; her son Doug Jones and his wife Karen in Red Lodge, Montana; daughter-in-law Belinda Jones of Greenville, South Carolina; her younger sister Joan Pappas of Trucksville, Pennsylvania; and her brother Paul Smith and his wife Sonya of Denton, Texas. She also is survived by four grandchildren.
