Kellyann Sharp, 52, of Middletown, passed away Dec. 5, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank.
Kelly was born Dec. 6, 1972, in Brooklyn, and lived in Red Bank and Middletown for many years. She worked as the office manager for Orthocenter in Red Bank.
Kelly was predeceased by her mother, Dolores Gattuso.
She is survived by her father, Salvatore Gattuso; her husband Michael Sharp; two daughters, Emily Wingler and Mattie Sharp; two sisters, Denise and husband Scott Heuer and Christine and husband Matthew Rotolo; her beloved nephews and niece, Tyler and Tommy Heuer, and Ethan and Sienna Rotolo; in-laws Thomas and Jean Sharp and Tracy and Marty Pawlukanis; niece Haley Morey; her aunt and uncle Carolyn and Pat Gilbert; many cousins whom she adored; and, last but not least, her fur babies, Gunnar and Daisy.
Kelly loved relaxing on the beach with a good book and getting mani-pedis with her daughters. Going on the road for cheer trips with Emily brought Kelly so much joy. Kelly and Mattie shared a love of makeup and skincare.
Cooking a nice Italian meal or simply enjoying a cup of coffee together with her dad was such a relaxing part of her day. She enjoyed decorating with her favorite sunflowers and absolutely loved the color pink. Watching Star Wars and Marvel movies with her family was a constant in her home. Kelly was also a giant football fan; she loved the Jets and going with her husband to games. The Super Bowl was her favorite get-together.
She also looked forward to visiting upstate with her sisters and their families, where there were countless memories made. The Sister Day Tradition was something she always looked forward to. As a sister, she was there no matter what, always there to support the family through all of life’s challenges.
Nothing stood in Kelly’s way. She was strong, independent and made it clear she could do anything. Kelly loved fiercely. It was an honor to be one of the lucky ones she called hers. Above all, she adored her girls.
Kelly was beloved by all and will be sorely missed.
