Kenneth (Kip) L. Walker III, 63, of Brielle, passed away peacefully Nov. 14, 2021, after a year-long battle with brain cancer. Kip was born April 19, 1958, in Red Bank to Kenneth and Lorraine Walker. He grew up in Shrewsbury and attended St. James Elementary School, Red Bank Catholic (Class of 1976) and Kings College (Class of 1980). 

Following in the steps of his father, Kip had a lifelong career as a realtor and broker serving Monmouth and Ocean counties at RE/MAX Paradigm Realty Group in Fair Haven. He became the first, third-generation president of the Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors in 2018 and received numerous awards throughout his lifetime. He always held the highest integrity in business and treated any first-home buyer like they were one of his own children. 

Kip was predeceased by his loving wife of 36 years Michele Walker and son Kenneth L. Walker IV. He was also predeceased by his father Kenneth L. Walker II and brother David Walker. He is survived by his children, Lindsay Walker and Shane Renfroe of West Belmar and Johanna Walker and Garrett Cookson of Brielle. 

Kip enjoyed his last year of life traveling to Key West, Fort Lauderdale and South Carolina. You would often find him golfing or enjoying the beach with his amazing and supportive friends. 

Services were held Nov. 19 at Cross and Orange in Asbury Park. In lieu of flowers, his daughters specifically request donations be made to Interfaith Neighbors, 810 4th Ave., Asbury Park, in his memory.
