Leonard W. Kline, 80, of Red Bank, passed away peacefully Nov. 24, 2021, with his family by his side. He was born in New York City to the late Harry and Mae Kline. Leonard resided in the Red Bank area for 50 years and was an active parishioner at St. James R. C. Church. He was an accomplished and dedicated project director for Lucent Technologies in Holmdel. Leonard was also a member of a radio and gun club, an avid reader and he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Leonard is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Rita Kline née Cahill; two daughters, Elizabeth Perrier and her husband Richard and Anna Cook; and four grandchildren, Jay and his wife Rebecca, Jon, Jennifer and Kathleen.

Visitation was held Nov. 30 at the John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Dec. 1 at St. James Church, Red Bank.
