Michael A. Drybread, 75, of Red Bank, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side Nov. 16, 2022. He was born in Newark and lived in Middletown for over 45 years. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Michael worked as an HVAC specialist for Jersey Shore Medical Center for almost 30 years before retiring.
Whether boating or fishing, he loved to be on or near the water. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren, Alex and Madeleine. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Surviving are his beloved son and daughter-in-law, Michael J. Drybread and Nicole Paper; grandchildren, Alexander and Madeleine Drybread; two sisters, Marsha Hughes and Jill Babbitt; and nieces, nephew and extended families.
Michael was preceded in death by his beloved wife MaryAnn in 2016 and his brother Theodore Drybread and sister Judy Lentoski.
Visitation was held Nov. 18 at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. Funeral services were Nov. 19 at the funeral home. Burial followed at Shoreland Memorial Gardens, Hazlet.
