Ann Elizabeth Weber Mulcahy passed away peacefully June 2 surrounded by family. Ann was born in Newark. She is predeceased by her parents, Dr. Francis C. and Kathryn Weber, and her sister Kay Oberlander. She is a graduate of Marylawn of the Oranges and Marymount College in Manhattan.
Ann was a nurse at Monmouth Park Racetrack for 20 years. Prior to that she was a school nurse at the Fairlawn School in Middletown.
Ann is survived by her husband Paul, whom she was married to for 57 years and her five children, Michael, Long Branch; Diana Webster (Robert), Doylestown, Pennsylvania; Charles (Laura), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; Paula O’Grady (Kevin), Ardmore, Pennsylvania; and Robert (Kathleen), Wall; the loves of her life, her grandchildren, Theresa, Tara, Emily, Owen, Kiera and Brady Webster and Conor, Evan, Griffin and Molly Mulcahy; her niece Karen Oertly; grandniece Jennifer LeDuc; and great-grandnephew Remy LeDuc.
Visitation was held June 7 at Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated June 8 at the Church of the Precious Blood, Monmouth Beach. Interment followed at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
