Nancy Ruth Daluise, 81, of Lincroft and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, passed away peacefully in Red Bank Nov. 2, 2022, with her family by her side. She was born on Staten Island to the late Michael and Marion Melnichek.
Nancy was the Director of Religious Education at St. Leo the Great R.C. Church in Lincroft for over 20 years and an active member of Our Lady Star of the Sea R.C. Church in North Myrtle Beach. She enjoyed sewing, golf, puzzles and, most of all, spending time with family, friends and her dog, Mitzi.
Nancy is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years Salvatore J. Daluise; five children, James, Vincent, Dawn Yakow (Chuck), Anthony (Loretta), and Blaise; a sister Betty McManemin (John); 10 grandchildren, James, Dominique, Justin, AJ, Lexi, Brianna, Hunter, Celia, Shae, Cameron; and one great-grandchild Adalyn Rose.
There will be a visitation from 1 to 5 p.m. Nov. 13 at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Ave., Red Bank. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:15 a.m. Nov. 14 at St. Leo the Great R.C. Church, Lincroft. Interment will be private.
