Norris Horsman, 90, of Atlantic Highlands, passed away May 13, 2024, at Bayside Manor in Keansburg. He was born in Long Branch and lived in Atlantic Highlands for many years. Norris proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He worked as a banker in the financial industry for over 40 years, most notably for his last bank, Wells Fargo.
Norris enjoyed bowling with his wife, Florence, and sang for many years in the church choir at Middletown Reformed Church.
Surviving are his wife of 36 years, Florence Horsman; son Warren (Stacy) Burker; daughter Eileen Burker (John) Lynch; daughter Beverly (Evan) Nappen; daughter Patricia Dufficey; son Steven Horsman; brother Robert (Alison) Horsman; twin grandsons, Ryan and Jack (Anushka) Lynch; granddaughter Jessica (Burker) McMichael; and grandson Jared Fligor.
Norris was preceded in death by his parents, William and Geraldine Horsman, and his brother David Horsman.
Visitation was held May 16 at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. Funeral services were May 17 at the funeral home. A burial followed at Bay View Cemetery, Leonardo.
