Patricia Ann Lawrence, 90, of Red Bank, passed away March 21, 2021, at Riverview Medical Center. She was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late James and Catherine (Maloney) Meehan. Patricia was a devoted Catholic; she was a parishioner at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church and Church of the Precious Blood for many years. She volunteered with numerous organizations helping families with children who had special needs.

Our Mother was a beautiful person both inside and out. She cared deeply for her family as well as others in need. She was a vivacious, charming lady who brought much joy to others with her willingness to try new things and to bring people together either by forming a rosary group, hosting teas at a Care One nursing facility to soirees on Sunday afternoons at the Atrium. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew her.

She was predeceased in 2016 by Richard Lawrence, her beloved husband of 62 years; by her daughter Eileen Lawrence; and by her sisters, Doris, Kathleen, Peggy and Marie. Surviving her are her loving children: Richard Lawrence and his wife Ellen; Mary Elizabeth and her husband Joe Browder M.D.; Carol Lawrence; John (Jack) Lawrence and his wife Margaret; and James Lawrence and his wife Carolyn. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren: Jacqueline Browder Chaffee and her husband Andrew Chaffee; Michael Browder; David Browder; Richard Lawrence and his wife Brittany; Christopher Lawrence and his wife Clarissa; William Lawrence and his wife Helena; George and Faye Lavigne; Maggie Lawrence; Cattie and her husband Michael Calcagno; Jack Lawrence; Tara Lawrence; James Lawrence; and Anne Marie Lawrence. Also surviving her are her adored great-grandchildren, Caroline, Alexandra, Tommy, Henry and Sophie and many dear nieces, nephews and cousins. 

A visitation was held March 27 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of the Precious Blood in Monmouth Beach.
