Patricia Coughlin of Middletown passed away May 17, 2022 at Jersey Shore Hospital, Neptune. Born Oct. 21, 1931, in Jersey City, Patricia lived in Middletown for 64 years. She was a parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, Red Bank.
Patricia worked for many years as office manager at Shrewsbury Motors. She was a very caring and loving person. She was always full of life, including having a great sense of humor. For many years she volunteered at Camp Happiness, a free summer camp for blind adults, in Leonardo.
Patricia enjoyed many winters in Florida and travel vacations with her husband on numerous occasions.
Patricia was predeceased by her husband James Coughlin and daughter Mary Ann. She is survived by her son James Coughlin, along with many nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation was private. A graveside service was held May 23 at Fair View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donation in Patricia’s memory to Lunch Break at lunchbreak.org. Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
