The Borough of Red Bank’s Department of Parks and Recreation will be hosting its 64th Annual Halloween parade on Sunday, Oct. 23rd, with a rain date of Oct. 30th.
The parade line up, costume and float judging will begin at 1pm at the corner of E. Bergen Place and South Street. The parade will promptly begin at 2pm. The parade will march north on Broad St., make a left into White St. and assemble in the parking lot for prizes and goodies.
