Richard Sean LeNoir

Richard Sean LeNoir, 53, Medford, passed Oct 8, 2021, at University of Penn Medical Center after suffering cardiac arrest Sept. 18, 2021.

Rick, or Richie, fiercely loyal, protective and unabashedly himself, was the proud husband of Debra Sikorski LeNoir, his wife of eight years, and the general manager of Mulligan Car Care Center, Medford. He and his wife shared their “dream house and barn” with their seven “babies,” their Standard Poodle pups posse Charlie, Lilly, Charlie Jr., Bella, Pinkie, Mandy and ScrappyDoo. Rick was a lover of 60’s and 70’s music, a talented guitar player, and an avid ocean fisherman who freely taught children and adults his skills.

He had a quick, roaring laugh and mischievous blue eyes and was known for giving the best bear hugs. If he cared for you, he had your back, period. A complex and intelligent soul, Rick loved literature, was a raconteur, a rough-and-tumble personality who learned bird calls almost immediately simply by listening. He even became a Sponge Bob fan at the coaxing of his daughter Megan.

A lover of New Hampshire he was happiest looking at the mountains with a giant turkey leg worthy of King Henry from Harts. A diehard NY Mets and NY Islanders fan, and a football fan who put his team on pause, he was a graduate of Long Branch High School, Brookdale Community College and Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Rick was predeceased by his parents, Donald J. LeNoir and Roberta Johantgen LeNoir, his mother-in-law Christine Klimek Sikorski, father-in-law Donald P. Sikorski and sister-in-law Ellen LeNoir.

Surviving are his devoted wife Debra; his brother Donald J. LeNoir II; his children, Megan LeNoir, Joe Budrow, Jason Budrow (Cody Hala), Brittany Peterson (Sean Peterson), and Kayla Veal; nephew Donald J. LeNoir III; nieces Melanie LeNoir and Raiven Sikorski; grandchildren Connor Budrow and Zoey Budrow; and brother-in-law Mark Sikorski (Delphine Roy).

Family and friends are invited to the Carmona Bolen Home for Funerals, 412 Main St., Toms River, from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17.

In lieu of flowers please donate to the American Diabetes Association.
