Roberta Magnotti, 83, of Middletown, passed away June 17, 2022, at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune. She was born in Brooklyn and lived in Middletown for over 30 years. Roberta earned her master’s degree and was a teacher on Staten Island for PS 32 and PS 4. She was a great believer in higher education. She enjoyed writing plays and playing the piano.
Surviving are her husband of 36 years, Ralph and brother Dennis Mangano and his wife Christina. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, June 23, at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. A funeral liturgy will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday, June 24 at Mary Mother of God church, 19 Cherry Tree Farm Road, Middletown. Burial will follow at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown.
