Rosemary Seber, 69, of Middletown, passed away May 11, 2025, at Riverview Hospital, surrounded by those who loved her dearly.

Born Dec. 15, 1955, in Red Bank, Rosemary was a graduate of Middletown High School North. She worked for the Garden State Parkway for 25 years.

Rosemary’s greatest joy came from spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She was a vibrant soul who loved the excitement of Atlantic City, her daily scratch-off tickets, relaxing days on her boat, magical trips to Disney World and unforgettable cruises with her family. Her loyal dog, Lovey, was always by her side and will miss her companionship deeply.

She was predeceased by her loving parents, Ann and John “Gene” Bulmer. Rosemary is survived by her devoted husband, Ronald Seber; her children, Laura (Klaus) Bartram and Timothy (Cheryl) Crane; and her stepchildren, Sean (Sandy) Seber and Christina (Joe) DiPietro. She was the proud and loving grandmother to Connor, Molly, Declan, Riley, Brayden, Hudson, John, Lia, Sean, Ryan and Donald. She is also remembered fondly by many dear friends whose lives she touched with her warmth and kindness.

Rosemary will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends and everyone who had the pleasure of sharing in her vibrant life.

Visitation was May 18 at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. A funeral Mass held May 19 at St. Catherine’s Church, Middletown. Entombment followed at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Keyport.
