Sandy Koslowski was born May 23, 1940, in Linden, and passed away in her home in St. Petersburg, Florida, Sept. 17, 2025. Sandy raised her family in Old Bridge.

She is survived by her six children: Stephanie Cartier (Mark) of Lincroft, Melanie Colucci of Manalapan, Kirsten Rennard (Sam) of Red Bank, Blythe Aylward (Mike) of Sydney, Australia, Greg Koslowski of Boca Raton, Florida, and Jessica Garita (Kali) of Red Bank; 17 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her beloved dachshund, Roxie Doxie.

Aside from her family, she had a passion for the arts – crocheting, watercolor painting, Polka dancing (how she met her late husband Teddy), making floral arrangements (one of her favorite things), tending to her flowers and, of course, singing in her choir. Sandy sang in the Monmouth Civic Chorus for over 20 years and especially loved their travels to Europe where they sang in many different countries. In her later years, she joined the Voices of Grace at St. Mary’s Our Lady of Grace in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Sandy will be deeply missed by all her family. For them, the world will be a little less funny without her explosive humor and her resonating “Bloody Mary” laugh.

Sandy was laid to rest in a private service Sept. 26 in New Jersey, alongside her husband of 54 years, Teddy, where they have been reunited.

A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. Nov. 14 at St. Mary’s Our Lady of Grace in St. Petersburg, Florida. All are welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers, please consider any charitable donations to No Limits Cafe (418 Hwy 35, Red Bank NJ, 07701) an organization that held a very special place in her heart.
