Sharon Barrows

204

Sharon Barrows of Red Bank passed away March 28, 2024. She had bravely struggled through the pain for so long.

A woman of grace and dignity, Sharon was one of the strongest, courageous, and kindest people in the world. Sharon could strike up a conversation with a complete stranger and make them feel good about themselves immediately. She radiated positivity and love even in her darkest hours, always making sure those she loved were well taken care of. Her final caregivers always went home with her giving them the hand sign for “love you” as her beautiful voice had been taken away from her.

Sharon leaves behind her loving husband of 57 years, Frank; her beloved children, Mike and Stephanie; her son-in-law Rob; her cherished grandchildren, Ellie, Gracie, Audrey, Caroline, Katherine, Robert and Elisabeth; and her sister Maureen.

Sharon was predeceased by her parents, John and Eva Cameron.

Funeral services were private. A Mass of Christian Burial was held April 3 at St. Anthony of Padua in Red Bank. Burial followed at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Middletown.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to Joan Dancy and PALS, Tunnel to Towers Foundation or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Sharon’s memory.

Thompson Memorial Home of Red Bank has been entrusted with the arrangements.
