FREEHOLD – Fast and furious is an apt description for the speed with which Netflix is making its impression on the Garden State.

HOLMDEL – The planning board unanimously approved a plan Tuesday, Sept. 2, for a synagogue and rabbi’s residence at 816 Holmdel Road, following months of debate and push- back from area residents concerned about traffic and neighborhood impact.

FORT MONMOUTH – The Eatontown Planning Board voted unanimously Monday to approve a “sliver” of Phase 1A of Netflix Studios Fort Monmouth within its borders, clearing the path for the entertainment giant to proceed with presenting Phase 1B.

EATONTOWN – By unanimous vote Monday night, the Eatontown Planning Board joined Oceanport in approving the first phase of Netflix’s planned production studio complex on 292 acres of Fort Monmouth.

FORT MONMOUTH – As the planned Netflix Studios Fort Monmouth clears another hurdle, specifics of the complex are coming into sharper focus.

RED BANK – Another restaurant will soon join the eclectic dining scene in the downtown district. Owners of the historic building on Broad Street next to the former Catch-19 restaurant will transform the existing two-story structure into a three-story restaurant by adding a partial third floor with an outdoor deck and garden.
