TINTON FALLS – In a move to modernize municipal infrastructure while maintaining fiscal discipline, Tinton Falls has unveiled a nearly $9.15 million capital improvement plan for 2025 that promises to transform the borough’s roads, parks and utility systems.

NEW JERSEY – Last week, officials announced a large federal funding package for NJ Transit and Amtrak. The package, they say, will contribute to needed improvements to aging infrastructure that may have led to vast train delays this summer.

Starting next month, residents and businesses in Red Bank will face higher utility bills. The borough council unanimously voted to increase water and sewer rates at its latest meeting, citing the need to fund critical infrastructure improvements and maintain fiscal stability.

HIGHLANDS – Numerous infrastructure, park, school and capital improvement projects are in the works for Highlands. Many will be completed this summer.

New Jersey American Water’s (NJAW) nearly $1 million Fair Haven water main replacement project began Feb. 13 along Highland Avenue, Hillcrest Road and Heights Terrace.

New Jersey American Water will replace nearly three miles of aging water main in Red Bank, Fair Haven and Rumson in the coming months.
