Sea Bright’s Noise Ordinance Hushed by Appeals Court

SEA BRIGHT – Last week, a New Jersey appeals court sided with the owners of Tommy’s Tavern + Tap, striking down Sea Bright’s noise ordinance, which banned vaguely defined disturbances.
