The New Jersey Clean Communities Council (NJCCC), in concert with the state Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), recently announced the student winners of the third-annual Single Use Plastics Video PSA contest, aimed at challenging students to positively influence their peers to reduce reliance on single-use plastics.
