Second Annual Rumson St. Patrick’s Day Parade begins at 1 p.m. at Victory Park, continues onto West River Road and ends at Piping Rock Memorial Park.
Asbury Park’s first St. Patrick’s Day Parade begins at 1 p.m. at the boardwalk on Ocean Avenue at 4th Avenue and continues downtown. Parade ends on Main Street in Municipal Plaza. No rain date.
