Trudy Lane of Shrewsbury passed away peacefully at home May 11, 2024. She was born Nov. 21, 1946, in Long Branch to Verna and Webbie Lane.
Trudy was preceded in death by her husband, Lee T. Cook, and her parents. She is survived by her sisters, Carol (Paul) White and Janet Colmorgen, as well as nieces, nephews, stepchildren, and many dear friends.
Trudy and her husband Lee co-founded Freehold Manufacturing & Assembly Company in 1975. Trudy was an avid gardener and enjoyed making her yard beautiful.
A graveside service was held May 14 at Glenwood Cemetery, West Long Branch. Please consider a donation in Trudy’s memory to your favorite charity.
Thompson Memorial Home of Red Bank has been entrusted with the arrangements.
