Brayleigh Rose Vermaak, of Middletown, passed on Nov. 27. Brayleigh’s family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to her other family, the doctors, nurses and staff at the Monmouth Medical Center NICU.
Surviving are her mother and father, Laura Ann (neé Fette) and Jaques Vermaak, and her maternal grandparents, Donna and Thomas Fette.
Brayleigh was preceded in death by her uncle Thomas Fette.
Visitation was held Dec. 2 at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. Funeral services were Dec. 3 at the funeral home. Burial followed at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Middletown.
