MIDDLETOWN – Fall Leaf Collection will begin on November 7th. Residents are reminded not to place leaves curbside more than 7 days prior to their zone start dates. Placing material at the curb early creates a hazard for pedestrians and drivers. Leaf collection will begin in Zones, A, B,C & D on November 7th; Zone F on November 16th; Zones E,G & K on November 21st; Zone J on November 28th; Zone I on December 1st; Zone L on December 5th; and Zone H on December 13th.
