Jon and Dorothea Bon Jovi were in Red Bank on Wednesday for the grand opening of their restaurant, JBJ Soul Kitchen. The community restaurant at 207 Monmouth S. serves tasty and delicious meals to all who walk in the door with the stipulation that those who can pay, leave a donation to support the restaurant. Those who can’t pay are asked to volunteer a few hours of their time in exchange for their meal.
