RED BANK – Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno will be visiting a new and high profile business in the borough this afternoon.
According to Mayor Pasquale Menna, Guadagno is expected to stop by Carlo’s Bakery, 86 Broad St., at about 2:30 p.m. to meet the owner, Bartolo “Buddy” Valastro, for a tour of the business.
Carlo’s Bakery, which opened in the borough’s downtown business district Nov. 25, has had gained fame from being the location and subject matter for the TV reality show “Cake Boss.”
