FAIR HAVEN – Kenneth “Kip” Walker and Michael Littleford, co-owners of RE/MAX Paradigm Realty Group, have welcomed Lindsay Walker to the firm as a sales associate. She was recently licensed by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.
Walker graduated cum laude from New Jersey City University and is a graduate of Manasquan High School. She is a lifetime resident of Monmouth County and will be involved with the marketing and sale of real estate of all types.
“The Walker name has been known in Monmouth County real estate for over 60 years and I am proud to have a fourth-generation sales associate joining our firm,” Littleford said. “I have been aware of three-generation real estate families over the years, but four generations is unusual and it places the family in a unique group of real estate professionals.”
Walker is excited to be able to start her career with two very well established agents who have a combined experience of almost 60 years in both real estate appraisal and brokerage. She believes it will be an advantage for herself and her clients.
“It brings back memories of 1980 when I started in the industry,” said Kip Walker. “I am very proud to have Lindsay in the business, especially as a RE/MAX agent who will have the necessary technology and marketing tools at her fingertips to advance her success.”
