LINCROFT –The fall issue of the Monmouth County Park System’s Program Directory will be available this Friday, Aug. 1, at most parks and online at www.monmouthcountyparks.com.
The directory is filled with arts & crafts, nature, recreation and sports programs planned for September through November. Offerings will include the Cooking Safe for Allergies class to learn how to prepare tasty meals for the food allergy child. There will also be classes in hula dancing, called Hula: Sacred Dance of Hawaii and events such as family wagon rides during Creatures of the Night.
The directory will details more than 475 programs available this fall.
Registration for programs begins 8 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6. Registration is available online 24/7; by phone by calling 732-842-4000, ext. 1, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday; by mail using the registration form found at the back of the program directory; or in person by visiting park system headquarters at Thompson Park, 805 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, from 8na.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
