RED BANK – Borough police arrested Katherine Vega-Estrada, 21, of Pacific Avenue, Middletown, on Tuesday, Aug. 12, and charged her with possession of controlled dangerous substances and drug paraphernalia.
According to the criminal complaint, police arrested Vega-Estrada on Locust Avenue after finding her in possession of amphetamine and alprazolam pills, marijuana, cocaine and a clear plastic bag, containing six small rock-like substances of what police said was crack cocaine, and MDMA or “ecstasy” pills.
In addition, police said Vega-Estrada had in her possession a chrome crusher/grinder in her possession.
Vega-Estrada’s bail was set at $22,000 without the option to post a 10 percent bond.
MIDDLETOWN – Township police arrested Nichole Sterns, 30, of Willis Place in Keansburg, on Tuesday, Aug. 12, and charged her with possession of controlled dangerous substances – crack cocaine and heroin.
Sterns’ bail was set at $7,500 without the option to post a 10 percent bond.
