8/30 – Two Red Bank Residents Indicted on Drug Charges

FREEHOLD – A Monmouth County grand jury this week handed down a five-count indictment for two borough residents stemming from their arrest in Tinton Falls last December.
Lechelle Hall, 23, and Darryl Laing, 27, both of Bank Street, were both charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, monoacetylmorphine, an opiate; possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute; endangering the welfare of a 10-month-old child; resisting arrest; and obstructing the administration of law or other governmental function, according to the indictment.
