Frances (Fay) B. Thiesing of Tinton Falls passed away Jan. 2. Frances was born in Long Branch and raised in Red Bank. She graduated from Red Bank High School in 1942, attended Civilian Training School and became a mechanical draftsman. Frances worked at AT&T in New York for four years and retired from the Electronics Command at Fort Monmouth after 26 years of service. 

Frances was a past matron of the Molly Pitcher Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star and a Grand Officer. 

She is predeceased by her husband Henry Thiesing; her parents Anne and Ray Coreale; and her brother Ray Coreale of Texas. Frances is survived by her daughter Hazel Burke; her grandson Eric Johanneman and his wife Dee; her granddaughter Sheree Nolan and her husband Brian, all of Alabama.

Visitation was Jan. 6 at Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank. A graveside service followed in the chapel at the Holmdel Cemetery in Holmdel.
