Dear Holmdel Residents,

It has been an honor to serve the Holmdel community for more than 20 years as an elected official. As a former Mayor and Township Committeeperson, former member of the Board of Education and current member of the Board of Freeholders, I understand the importance of plac- ing the interests of our Holmdel residents first. Now more than ever we need local leaders who will adopt a similar approach to govern our community.

This is why I am asking you to vote on July 7, 2020 for Vicky Flynn and DJ Luccarelli the only two candidates who are endorsed by the Holmdel Republican County Committee for election to the Holmdel Township Committee. We need Vicky and DJ to protect Holmdel’s future!

I recall when I met Vicky soon after she moved to Holmdel in 2013 she struck me immediately as someone who was genuinely committed to serving her community. It did not surprise me that within a few years, she stepped up to serve as a member of the Holmdel Board of Education.

During the last three years, Vicky has served with distinction as the President of the Board. Through her leadership, the operations of the Board have become more transparent and collaborative. Vicky and her fellow board members have demonstrated their commitment towards fiscal discipline while also enhancing the reputation of the Holmdel School District, for the benefit of Holmdel students and taxpayers. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for Holmdel (especially since my three grandchildren are students of the Holmdel School District).

In addition to the countless hours she spends as the President of the Board of Education, Vicky also volunteers her time as a board member of the Holmdel Theater and maintains an active law practice as an experienced litigator. Community service is important to both Vicky and her husband Mike Naughton not only will you find them around town supporting their three daughters and their teammates at their respective sporting events, they also volunteer their time to our school in any way that they can.

As many as you know, the Luccarelli family has a long, rich history in Holmdel a legacy of honesty, integrity, and community service. That legacy lives on in DJ an embodiment of community pride and dedication to the Holmdel community. DJ is running to seek election to the Township Committee because he values the importance of public service and wishes to provide a positive example for his three daughters.

DJ and his wife Nila are enthusiastic supporters of Holmdel charities and organizations. DJ is an active member of the Holmdel Kiwanis and an appointed member of our Zoning Board. As the former Vice President of Dearborn Farms, DJ developed experience in sound financial planning principles to benefit the operations of a small business operation those skills that he has honed are perfect for an elected municipal official. I am confident that DJ will prove to be an invaluable member of the Holmdel Township Committee.

Our Township needs strong and decisive leaders like Vicky and DJ. They both have demonstrated their commitment to community service and the Holmdel community. They are both well-respected experts in their vocations. Most importantly, we need people like Vicky and DJ on the Township Committee because they are genuine, honest and trustworthy people who are committed to placing Holmdel First.

My family and I will be voting for Vicky and DJ in the upcoming primary election on July 7, 2020.

I hope that you, too, will Vote Column 1 for the Endorsed Republican Line. Your vote will ensure that Vicky Flynn and DJ Luccarelli will represent the Republican Party as members of Holmdel Township Committee.

Patrick Impreveduto, Holmdel
