Although anyone born this week is a Cancer, they must deal with energy of Leo because they are born on the Cancer-Leo cusp. Since Cancer is a water sign and Leo a fire sign, the personality will vary from day to day or hour to hour.
The water of Cancer often puts out the fire of Leo and leaves the birthday person with a confusing persona.
The Cancer likes home and family, while the Leo enjoys being the center of attention and plenty of people – family or friends. Working these two energies together is difficult.
Cancer people worry about what the family will think and do, while the Leo is mainly concerned about what other people will think. Leo wants to be out and about, always the center of attention, and Cancer is often quiet and likes family and home.
Combining these two is the destiny of anyone born this week. So one could imagine they would have plenty of parties with pals at home with the family. That could work well for the Cancer/Leo combination. After all, people are the center of attention for those born now.

The new moon is next Thursday but it is not a great time for starting anything new. Best day during the coming week would be early on Saturday, July 14, or Sunday, July 15, in the a.m. Just remember it is a good day but not to start anything.
Aries (March 21 to April 20) Although we are heading for three weeks with Mercury retrograde, you can still get plenty done. And, since you will have lots of energy, try completing some of the chores you have left undone. A new relationship could appear flimsy but hang in there. It really could work out.
Taurus (April 21 to May 20) Opportunities could appear on the horizon and, if you are able to take advantage without signing papers, do so. It could work in your favor, but don’t think long term; just think of it as a steppingstone to something better. An opportunity coming your way will be much better by mid-August.
Gemini (May 21 to June 20) Any advice handed out recently should be seriously considered if you want your life to improve. Otherwise you are ignoring some real opportunities for self-improvement and, just remember, Jupiter is now in Gemini making life much finer and sincere for you. Take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way; just don’t think too
long range.
Cancer (June 21 to July 20) Anyone celebrating a birthday now has the chance to really cope with a wonderful new direction. You should go from feeling rejected to feeling welcomed and wise. Don’t settle for less because now you should be looking for much more success and opportunity both in love and career. With this in mind look for every chance you can to move up.
Leo (July 21 to August 20).Surprising news will come your way, although it could appear negative. But, if you are patient, it will be helpful. The high life you are looking for also is just around the corner, so again just wait. A new face will appear on the scene and help you handle any change coming your way. So smile and wait for the big day coming soon.
Virgo (August 21 to September 20) You’ll feel the weight of change headed your way now and, just remember, any change will be good. The drama in your life will calm slightly now that Mars has moved into Libra. But you can count on the fact that some of the folks you have let into your social circle will bring action and love to you.
Libra (September 21 to October 20) The mighty lessons of Saturn are headed to a close for you. So, it would be smart to count your blessings and know life will be exciting for a couple of weeks as Mars moves through Libra and Jupiter brings you some good luck. A new friendship is just around the corner and it will change your life.
Scorpio (October 21 to November 20) A project undertaken recently should start to really turn your life and love around. Expect some new people to add to the fun you now are involved in and avoid getting carried away with any resentment. Saturn enters Scorpio in October for a two-year stay, so look for added responsibility in your life.
Sagittarius (November 21 to December 20) Your recent plans will work out well if you can just keep your mouth shut and your opinions to yourself. It may be a challenge for any fire sign but just do it. A new pal could prove to be extremely helpful in your next endeavor. So keep your eyes open for the unexpected events headed your way. A message could start things happening in a good way.
Capricorn (December 21 to January 20) The power of being in control of situations will be yours if you just maintain your disciplines and say little. A new relationship could prove to be rewarding to everyone, especially to you. So be open to newcomers, who at first you don’t understand, but give them a chance.
Aquarius (January 21 to February 20) You are in line for good events right now, so take advantage of new opportunities coming your way, but sign nothing until mid-August. A friend really wants to become your BFF. Wait a month and then let it happen. You will be happy you did, because it will pay off big in love and knowledge.
