COLTS NECK – The Monmouth County Park System held its annual SuperHero Fun Run at Dorbrook Park Sept. 28. Now in its fifth year, 200 attendees registered for the race, which took place across a 1-mile course with obstacles. Small versions of Captain America, Hulk, Wonder Woman and Spider-Man, among other, raced around the course, some accompanied by sidekicks (parents) in capes, too. After completing the run, all participants received a medal to commemorate their superhero feats.
